Assisted Stretching

Now’s your chance. You come and relax on a table in comfy clothing, and we’ll do the hard part. Gently and with great awareness of how bodies bend, we’ll manipulate your body into healthy and rejuvenating stretches. As the weeks progress, your body will actually become more and more flexible. Yoga

Tired of feeling stiff, having muscle cramps, or generally not feeling comfortable in your own body?

No matter your age or activity level, it’s never too late to start reaping the benefits of fitness. Yoga is an excellent approach to finding peace with your full-body. Through my yoga workouts, you will receive personal guidance to get your body moving in comfortable and satisfying ways. Yoga is known to not only help your feel at ease physically, but also reduce stress and attain peace of mind.
